The 5 story £20m structure was built from concrete with a 30te galvanised plant deck on the roof.

Another difficult install of the steelwork which together with the project team at Keir, delivered without issue. The planning of the install was key to its success.

The construction has provided a new 77,000 sq ft laboratory facility for Newcastle City Council.
