Designed by Den Architects, Val d’Or is a nine-unit Art Deco development in Shadwell, Leeds, where strength meets precision.
SCH Site Services delivered 50 tonnes of bespoke structural steel, fabricated and installed in-house to millimetre accuracy within a hybrid concrete and steel frame.
This precision allowed the crisp lines and refined detailing that define the building’s character.
